1. Purpose of this website

This website presents who we are, the services we offer and the products we build. Its content is informational and is not a binding offer nor a substitute for a services agreement.

2. Owner

Athis Core is the trade name used by Macías León Bryan Alexander, a sole proprietor with RUC 1720054830001, in Ecuador.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

You may browse, share links and quote content with attribution. It is forbidden to attempt to breach the website's security, to scrape data in an automated and abusive manner, to impersonate Athis Core or to use the content for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The design, texts, the Athis Core brand and the software described belong to their owner or are used under license. Nothing published transfers intellectual property rights; any use beyond what is permitted requires written authorization.

5. Gestora

Gestora is Athis Core's business management system for small and medium businesses. It brings together clients, suppliers, product catalog, purchasing, sales with e-invoicing, real-time inventory, users with roles and decision-ready reports.

6. SRI Directory API

API for querying the SRI RUC registry and integrating it into Gestora and other systems. It offers lookup by RUC and by national ID, batch queries, business-name search, change history and data accompanied by its source and cutoff date. An independent product, not an official SRI service.

7. Pricing, contracting and support

Gestora is offered as an annual, semi-annual or monthly subscription; only the annual plan includes SRI Directory API. Prices are quoted per case and are not published on this website. Implementation, migration, training, maintenance and support are included only in annual and semi-annual plans, with limits agreed per project. Each engagement expressly defines its scope, timelines and conditions before starting.

8. Hosting

The public website is served through Hostinger's content delivery network and its edge location varies per visitor. The origin server is located in Dallas, Texas, United States.

9. Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by Ecuadorian law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the website or from decisions made based on its informational content.
