Athis Core is the trade name used by Macías León Bryan Alexander, an individual with Ecuadorian tax ID 1720054830001. Inquiries are received at contacto@athiscore.com.

Data controller

The controller is Macías León Bryan Alexander, who decides how inquiries are used: responding and preparing proposals. The assigned team handles them and, in the future, general management.

Contact form

When you submit the form, your contact details and message are transmitted over HTTPS to the Athis Core server and delivered to contacto@athiscore.com to respond to your inquiry. The form does not create an additional database of inquiries.

Inquiries are reviewed in the inbox. Only approved inquiries are added to a management document. We use submission limits and validation to reduce spam.

Privacy and rights channel

The contact channel is contacto@athiscore.com. You can exercise your rights to access, rectification, updating, erasure and objection here. We will respond within the 15 days required by Ecuadorian law.

Retention

Ecuadorian law requires keeping data only as long as necessary for the purpose. Inquiries without contracting are kept for up to 24 months, with semi-annual review and then erasure, blocking or anonymization, except applicable tax or archiving duties.

Your light or dark mode preference is stored only in your browser's local storage. It is not used to identify you or sent to our servers.

This website has no analytics, advertising or external fonts. If analytics is added later, the provider will be disclosed before activation. The public website is served through Hostinger's content delivery network and the origin server is located in Dallas, Texas, United States.
